📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations in the Tuban region, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with the Tuban region and its market dynamics is a plus.
