Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
