📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including route planning, fuel management, and crew management.,Maintain and monitor the vessel's mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure the well-being of the crew.,Communicate effectively with the crew, shore-based personnel, and other stakeholders.,Manage and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the voyage.,Ensure the vessel is properly documented and all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM or equivalent).,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local and international maritime regulations and standards.,Experience in navigating and operating various types of vessels.,Strong leadership and teamwork skills.,Ability to work long hours, including overnight shifts and weekends.,Valid Seaman's Book (STCW) and other relevant certifications.
