📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of operational management and team leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
