📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests,Maintain accurate guest records and check-in/check-out procedures,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed,Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude
