In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase our sales. You will use your strategic thinking and data-driven approach to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create targeted marketing strategies. Daily, you will collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage our social media presence, and ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Create and manage content for our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform our marketing strategies.
• Manage our email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote our properties and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
