Design and develop large language models and AI solutions for enterprise clients,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems,Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies,Optimize and fine-tune LLM models for performance and accuracy,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members,Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in LLM engineering or a related role,Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks,Experience with NLP and LLM technologies,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and collaboration skills
