SHIFT Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department with various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training programs and workshops for employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a corporate or administrative environment.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
