Den Bit Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of supplies.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Prepare and present regular reports on restaurant performance to the Restaurant Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Basic knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
