📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.,Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and field personnel.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD or MS Project.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and travel.
