📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide leadership and support to branch staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
