📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist all visitors and callers with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.,Handle and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring junior receptionists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
