📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Lead a team of structural engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct structural feasibility studies and prepare detailed design reports.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading projects.
  • Professional engineering license (SIPR) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
