📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
