📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries
• Ensuring the checkout process runs smoothly and quickly
• Maintaining a clean and organized cash register area
• Following company policies and procedures
• Assisting with inventory management tasks
• Handling cash and credit card transactions securely
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
• Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines
