📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and contribute to the company's success.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
