📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop battery management systems (BMS) for various applications, including electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and portable electronics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Conduct research and development to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our BMS products.,Write technical documentation and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.,Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in battery technology and apply this knowledge to our products.,Mentor and train junior engineers and interns to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices and standards for BMS development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS development, with a strong background in embedded systems, real-time operating systems, and digital signal processing.,Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python, as well as experience with embedded development tools and frameworks.,Strong understanding of battery chemistry, battery management algorithms, and battery safety standards.,Experience with battery testing and validation, including cycle life testing, impedance spectroscopy, and safety testing.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
