📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of culinary excellence and innovation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
