📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile daily bank transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly closing activities.
- Support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations or a related role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
