General Ledger (GL) Supervisor

This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of Private Advertiser, a leading company in the advertising industry in Denpasar.

As a General Ledger (GL) Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. You will also mentor and guide your team, ensuring they adhere to accounting standards and best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the daily accounting activities of the GL team.
• Post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Train and mentor team members on accounting procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
