📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations and accurate inventory tracking.
• Utilize ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft Intune to streamline asset management processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT asset management strategies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT assets, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest IT asset management technologies and best practices.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT assets, implementing necessary measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and asset tracking.
• Proven expertise in using ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft Intune for IT asset management.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant IT governance frameworks are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and analyze reports.
