📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host and co-host live streaming events with a focus on engagement and entertainment.
• Collaborate with influencers, brands, and content creators to produce high-quality live streams.
• Promote live streams across social media platforms to maximize reach and audience interaction.
• Engage with viewers in real-time through live chat, polls, and Q&As.
• Assist in the production of live streams, including setting up equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Develop and maintain a strong personal brand as a digital content creator.
• Participate in networking events and industry gatherings to expand professional connections.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital content creation and social media marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a live streaming host or content creator, preferably in Bali or a similar creative hub.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage audiences in real-time.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, and Zoom.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for content promotion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
