📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale urban housing projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

• Develop and implement strategies for environmental and social sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in urban housing development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian urban planning regulations and best practices.
• Certification in sustainable building practices or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
