📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental sustainability programs tailored to Bali's unique ecosystem and community needs.
• Collaborate with corporations, NGOs, and local stakeholders to drive impactful sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend sustainable solutions for various projects.
• Lead training and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on environmental sustainability.
• Participate in environmental conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage and optimize the use of environmental management software and tools.
• Contribute to the development of PERSOL's sustainability strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability, with a focus on program development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and other relevant certifications.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and managing multiple sustainability initiatives.
• Familiarity with Bali's environmental challenges and opportunities, and a commitment to sustainable development.
• Ability to travel frequently within Bali and other locations as required.
